Overview
You can use the Armor Marketplace to begin the purchase and configuration process for available add-on products.
Some add-on products in the Armor Marketplace may require additional support from Armor before you can use the add-on products.
When you select an add-on product, a ticket will be automatically created and sent to Armor Support to begin the configuration process. Additionally, the billing process will begin.
Order an add-on product
Based on the type of add-on product, there are two methods to order from the Armor Marketplace.
Order an add-on product (method one)
Follow these instructions to order:
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Application Performance Monitoring
- DNS
- Resource Monitor
- SSL Certificate
- Backup & Recovery Agent
- Persistent Data Encryption Agent
- Vulnerability Scanning for Compliance
- Windows Remote Desktop Services
- In the Armor Management Portal (AMP), in the left-side navigation, click Marketplace.
- Select Choose for the desired add-on product.
- Select Choose for the desired add-on product option.
- On the right screen, update the quantity.
- Review the pricing information.
- Click Continue.
- Review the details for the order, and then click Submit.
- (Optional) A ticket will be automatically created and sent to Armor Support. To see the status of this ticket, in the left-side navigation, click Support, and then click Tickets + Notifications. Armor will use this ticket to communicate with you about the status of your order and to inquire about your specific configuration requests.
Order an add-on product (method two)
Follow these instructions to order:
- Virtual Machine
- Load Balancer
- Backup & Recovery Server
- Persistent Data Encryption Manager
- Advanced WAF
View your add-on product subscription
When you order an add-on product, the product will appear in the My Products section of your user profile. To view My Products, you must have access to the View Subscriptions permission.
To learn how to update your permissions, see Roles and Permissions (Armor Complete).
In the Armor Management Portal (AMP), in the top, right corner, click your username.
Select Settings.
Select My Products.
Cancel an add-on product subscription
When you order an add-on product, the product will appear in the My Products section of your user profile. To view My Products, you must have access to the View Subscriptions permission.
To cancel a subscription from My Products, you must have access to the Write Subscriptions permission.

This topic only applies if you have purchased an add-on product subscription, and you want to cancel.
In the Armor Management Portal (AMP), in the top, right corner, click your username.
Click Settings.
Under your username, click My Products.
Locate the desired add-on product, and click the corresponding gear icon.
Select Cancel.
Select OK.
- (Optional) A ticket will be automatically created and sent to Armor Support to cancel the order. To see the status of this ticket, in the left-side navigation, click Support, and then click Tickets + Notifications.
View available add-on products
Virtual machines
Select a virtual machine based on your operating system, CPU, or memory needs with the following add-on product options:
A support ticket will not be created.

Microsoft SQL Server
Use the Microsoft SQL Server add-on product to store and retrieve data with the following add-on product options:

Armor, along with New Relic, offer real-time application and server monitoring with the following add-on product option:

DNS
Improve your site's traffic flow with the following add-on product options:

DNS Hosting Domain Name | The DNS type is a basic service ideal for single domain hosting. |
| DNS Active Failover Domain Name | This DNS type is an advanced service that monitors primary infrastructure to switchover to a standby Business Continuity / Disaster Reocvery environment in a secondary location. |
| DNS Traffic Management Domain Name | This DNS type is an advanced service that monitors all infrastructure to determine capacity needs, and then routes traffic appropriately. |
| DNS Traffic Director Domain Name | This DNS type is an advanced service that routes customers to one page or another based on multiple conditions or even physical location. This option includes Active Failover and Traffic Management options. |

Add file encryption and access control for data at rest with the following add-on product options:

Use the Persistent Data Encryption Manager add-on product to configure and manage your persistent file/folder encryption with the following add-on product options:

- Virtual Load Balancer with Traffic Manager and Advanced WAF (1 Gbps)

Vulnerability Scanning for Compliance
Use the Vulnerability Scanning add-on product to meet compliance requirements and review potential issues discovered by the scans. This add-on product will populate the Compliance screen in the Armor Management Portal (AMP).

Continuous Server Replication (Disaster Recovery)
Use the Continuous Server Replication (Disaster Recovery) add-on product to meet compliance requirements and to keep your applications running during an environment outage.
