When you order an add-on product, the product will appear in the My Products section of your user profile. To view My Products, you must have access to the View Subscriptions permission. Additionally, to cancel a subscription from My Products, you must have access to the Write Subscriptions permission. You can use the Armor Marketplace to begin the purchase and configuration process for available add-on products.
Some add-on products in the Armor Marketplace may require additional support from Armor before you can use the add-on products.
When you select an add-on product, a ticket will be automatically created and sent to Armor Support to begin the configuration process. Additionally, the billing process will begin.
Based on the type of add-on product, there are two methods to order from the Armor Marketplace.

In the Armor Management Portal (AMP), in the top, right corner, click your username.
Select Settings.
Select My Products.

This topic only applies if you have purchased an add-on product subscription, and you want to cancel.
In the Armor Management Portal (AMP), in the top, right corner, click your username.
Click Settings.
Under your username, click My Products.
Locate the desired add-on product, and click the corresponding gear icon.
Select Cancel.
Select OK.
