When you order an add-on product, the product will appear in the My Products section of your user profile. To view My Products, you must have access to the View Subscriptions permission.
Additionally, to cancel a subscription from My Products, you must have access to the Write Subscriptions permission.

Overview
You can use the Armor Marketplace to begin the purchase and configuration process for available add-on products.
Some add-on products in the Armor Marketplace may require additional support from Armor before you can use the add-on products.
When you select an add-on product, a ticket will be automatically created and sent to Armor Support to begin the configuration process. Additionally, the billing process will begin.
Order an add-on product
Based on the type of add-on product, there are two methods to order from the Armor Marketplace.
Order an add-on product (method one)
Follow these instructions to order:
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Application Performance Monitoring
- DNS
- Resource Monitor
- SSL Certificate
- Backup & Recovery Agent
- Persistent Data Encryption Agent
- Vulnerability Scanning for Compliance
- Windows Remote Desktop Services
- In the Armor Management Portal (AMP), in the left-side navigation, click Marketplace.
- Select Choose for the desired add-on product.
- Select Choose for the desired add-on product option.
- On the right screen, update the quantity.
- Review the pricing information.
- Click Continue.
- Review the details for the order, and then click Submit.
- (Optional) A ticket will be automatically created and sent to Armor Support. To see the status of this ticket, in the left-side navigation, click Support, and then click Tickets + Notifications. Armor will use this ticket to communicate with you about the status of your order and to inquire about your specific configuration requests.
Order an add-on product (method two)
Follow these instructions to order:
- Virtual Machine
- Load Balancer
- Backup & Recovery Server
- Persistent Data Encryption Manager
- Advanced WAF
View your add-on product subscription

In the Armor Management Portal (AMP), in the top, right corner, click your username.
Select Settings.
Select My Products.
Cancel an add-on product subscription
When you order an add-on product, the product will appear in the My Products section of your user profile. To view My Products, you must have access to the View Subscriptions permission.

This topic only applies if you have purchased an add-on product subscription, and you want to cancel.
In the Armor Management Portal (AMP), in the top, right corner, click your username.
Click Settings.
Under your username, click My Products.
Locate the desired add-on product, and click the corresponding gear icon.
Select Cancel.
Select OK.
- (Optional) A ticket will be automatically created and sent to Armor Support to cancel the order. To see the status of this ticket, in the left-side navigation, click Support, and then click Tickets + Notifications.
View available add-on products
Virtual machines
Select a virtual machine based on your operating system, CPU, or memory needs with the following add-on product options:
A support ticket will not be created.

Use the Microsoft SQL Server add-on product to store and retrieve data with the following add-on product options:
