  1. In the Armor Management Portal (AMP), in the left-side navigation, click Support.

  2. Click Tickets.

  3. Click Create A Ticket.

  4. On the Armor Ticketing System screen, select Account Requests.

  5. Click Account Cancellations to begin ticket creation.

  6. Select the your account from the Account dropdown.

  7. Enter “Remove the Vulnerability Scanning as part of Account Cancellation” for the Summary.

  8. State your wish to remove Vulnerability Scanning from the account in the description.

  9. Click Create.
