1. In the Armor Management Portal (AMP), in the left-side navigation, click Security Support.

2. Click Vulnerability Scanning Tickets.

3. Click the gear icon, and then select Remove Service. Click Remove Vulnerability ScanningCreate A Ticket.

4. On the Armor Ticketing System screen, select Account Requests.

5. Click Account Cancellations to begin ticket creation.

6. Select the your from the Account dropdown.

7. Enter “Remove the Vulnerability Scanning as part of Account Cancellation” for the Summary.

8. State your wish to remove Vulnerability Scanning from the account in the description.

9. Click Create.
