This topic only applies if you have purchased an add-on product subscription, and you want to cancel the add-on product subscription.
In the Armor Management Portal (AMP), in the top, right corner, click your username.
Select Click Settings.
Select Under your username, click My Products.
Locate the desired add-on product, and click the corresponding gear icon.
Select Cancel.
Select OK.
- (Optional) A ticket will be automatically created and sent to Armor Support to cancel the order. To see the status of this ticket, in the left-side navigation, click Support, and then click Tickets + Notifications.
